Evaluasi kinerja Guru Penggerak Dalam Pembelajaran Matematika di SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk Kabupaten Banggai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of the performance of Guru Penggerak in mathematics instruction at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, Banggai Regency, particularly in developing mathematics instructional materials and implementing the mathematics learning process. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research method used an evaluation research approach, which involves the process of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to support decision-making. The evaluation system used in this study focused on the quality of the performance products of teachers who had completed the Guru Penggerak program. The research subjects consisted of the principal, mathematics teachers participating in the Guru Penggerak program, other mathematics teachers who were not participants in the program, and students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, Banggai Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and triangulation. The findings indicate that the performance of Guru Penggerak in the mathematics learning process was good, particularly in developing instructional materials, such as teaching modules, implementing the learning process, and conducting learning assessments. The mathematics Guru Penggerak at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk demonstrated a high level of responsibility in preparing instructional materials and implementing the mathematics learning process.
