This study aims to analyze community participation in the management of Village Funds in Huntu Selatan Village, Bulango Selatan District, Bone Bolango Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants consisted of the village government and community members involved in the Village Fund management process. The results of the study indicate that community participation in the planning, implementation, and utilization of development outcomes is quite good. Community involvement occurs through village deliberations, mutual cooperation, activity monitoring, and utilization and maintenance of development outcomes. However, participation is not optimal due to low community attendance in deliberations, a lack of understanding of Village Funds, and limited information dissemination. The study concludes that community participation is a crucial factor in realizing transparent, accountable, and community-based Village Fund management. The village government needs to increase community outreach and involvement at every stage of Village Fund management.
