A quantitative approach was employed through a structured questionnaire survey administered to 68 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and selected through accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effects of capability, opportunity, and motivation on organic fertilizer adoption behavior. The results indicate that motivation has a significant effect on adoption behavior, while capability and opportunity do not show significant effects. These findings suggest that internal drive, perceived benefits, and the intention to adopt are the primary determinants of adoption, whereas technical capacity and environmental support have not sufficiently differentiated adoption levels among farmers. In practice, several constraints remain, including limited technical skills, uncertainty in the availability of raw materials, and restricted access to facilities, information, and extension services. Therefore, strengthening technical training, implementing practice-based extension programs, providing demonstration plots, and fostering partnerships alongside policy support are essential to enhance the sustainable adoption of organic fertilizers.
Rusni Olabu Zulham Sirajuddin Karlena Arsyad Copyright (c) 2026 Research Review: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin 2026-08-11 2026-08-11 5 2 665 673 10.54923/researchreview.v5i2.396 Exploring The Role of Teachers in the Implementing English Language Teaching Strategies at SMPN 2 Telaga https://eresearchjournal.transbahasa.co.id/index.php/er/article/view/400
This study aims to explore the roles of teachers in implementing English language teaching strategies at SMPN 2 Telaga. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis of lesson plans. The findings reveal two contrasting pedagogical orientations. One teacher adopts a teacher-centered approach that emphasizes structured instruction and linguistic accuracy but limits student interaction. In contrast, the other teacher applies a student-centered and communicative approach that actively promotes student engagement, participation, and confidence in using English. The study further indicates that the student-centered approach is more effective in fostering meaningful learning, although challenges remain in addressing differences in students’ confidence and participation levels. These findings highlight that effective English language teaching requires the integration of pedagogical, communicative, and affective aspects. Teachers are therefore encouraged to balance structured instruction with interactive learning, provide both corrective and supportive feedback, and create a motivating classroom environment to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Vira Zamrudah Ikram Salsabila Novriyanto Napu Sri Widyarti Ali Copyright (c) 2026 Research Review: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin 2026-08-11 2026-08-11 5 2 674 681 10.54923/researchreview.v5i2.400 An Exploration of Students’ Experiences Using Cake at SMPN 1 Telaga Biru to Enrich Vocabulary https://eresearchjournal.transbahasa.co.id/index.php/er/article/view/401
This study explores the experiences of eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Telaga Biru in using the Cake application to enrich their English vocabulary. Qualitative research design was employed, involving 10 Grade 8 students selected purposively based on their vocabulary levels, experience using the Cake application, and willingness to participate in in-depth interviews. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that 8 of the 10 participants perceived the audiovisual features, including videos, subtitles, pronunciation practice, and interactive exercises, as making vocabulary learning more enjoyable. Seven participants considered the application easy to use, while four explicitly reported perceived gradual improvement in their vocabulary. Students also highlighted contextualized conversations and repeated exposure as helpful for understanding and remembering vocabulary. However, three participants reported unstable internet connections, while other challenges included difficulty understanding fast speech, inconsistent learning habits, and distracting learning environments. Overall, the findings suggest that Cake can serve as a useful supplementary medium for contextual and flexible vocabulary learning. However, its effectiveness depends on supporting conditions such as teacher guidance, internet access, and students’ self-regulation.
Fadlun Panggi Titien Fatmawaty Mohammad Sri Rumiyatining Luwiti Copyright (c) 2026 Research Review: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin 2026-08-12 2026-08-12 5 2 682 689 10.54923/researchreview.v5i2.401 Inovasi Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Lembaga Pendidikan https://eresearchjournal.transbahasa.co.id/index.php/er/article/view/404
This study aims to analyze educational resource management innovation in enhancing the competitiveness of educational institutions in Samarinda City through data-driven managerial transformation, adaptive curriculum integration, integrated school optimization, and collaborative governance. The data used are annual time series secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analytical methods employed include multiple linear regression, Vector Autoregression (VAR), and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model as the primary method. The Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) stationarity test reveals that the exchange rate variable is stationary at first difference I(1). The long-run ARDL estimation results indicate that the exchange rate has a significant negative effect at the 10 percent level on poverty, with a coefficient of -2.526. This implies that rupiah appreciation tends to reduce poverty through price stability and purchasing power mechanisms. Conversely, currency depreciation raises import prices, drives domestic inflation, and worsens the welfare of poor households. The Bounds Test confirms a long-run cointegration relationship between the exchange rate and poverty. These findings imply that exchange rate stability is an essential prerequisite for effective poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia.
Debi Marissa Marpaung Muhammad Amir Arham Rifi Fazrina Djuuna Copyright (c) 2026 Research Review: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin 2026-08-13 2026-08-13 5 2 711 719 10.54923/researchreview.v5i2.406 Peran Penataan Produk dan Suasana Toko terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen di King Mart Department Store https://eresearchjournal.transbahasa.co.id/index.php/er/article/view/562
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product display on consumer purchase intention, the effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase intention, and the simultaneous effect of product display and store atmosphere on consumer purchase intention at King Mart Department Store Tolangohula. This study employed a qualitative method, with data obtained through documentation and informants involved in the village planning and budgeting processes. The analysis focused on the use of management accounting information in determining programs, establishing priorities, allocating budgets, and assessing the alignment between planned activities and the village’s financial capacity. The results showed that the application of management accounting information in budget planning was not yet optimal. Although the planning process had been conducted through village deliberations, the information used as a basis for determining program needs and budget allocations remained inadequate. This condition resulted in discrepancies between planned programs and available budgets. Several programs planned for 2025 could not be implemented due to budget limitations and budget reallocations to address more urgent needs. Therefore, the Permata Village Government needs to improve the quality of management accounting information so that it is more accurate, relevant, and consistent with the village’s financial conditions. The optimal application of such information is expected to support priority setting, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of budgeting, and ensure that planned programs can be implemented in accordance with community needs. The findings highlight the importance of integrating management accounting information into village budget planning and decision-making processes.
Elsa Candra Bahuwa Mattoasi Titi Umi Kalsum Hulopi Copyright (c) 2026 Research Review: Jurnal Ilmiah Multidisiplin 2026-08-13 2026-08-13 5 2 729 736 10.54923/researchreview.v5i2.558 Analysis of Ambiguity in Humor: A Pragmatic Analysis of Wordplay in YouTube Channel “We Got The Chocolates” https://eresearchjournal.transbahasa.co.id/index.php/er/article/view/565
This study is grounded in the linguistic phenomenon of phonetic ambiguity as a strategy to create verbal humor in digital spoken discourse. The objective is to analyze how segmental sound structures are realised in phonetic wordplay and elucidate how these structures trigger dual meaning interpretations through a pragmatic framework. A descriptive qualitative research design was employed, using spoken dialogues from the "We Got The Chocolates" YouTube channel as the primary data source. Data were collected through systematic observation and transcription of five purposively selected videos, then analysed using a co-textual pragmatic approach in conjunction with International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) transcriptions and Grice's Cooperative Principle. The findings reveal two primary operational patterns: Perfect Puns (13 instances) relying on absolute homophony, and Imperfect Puns (17 instances) relying on phonetic similitude. These phonetic manipulations consistently trigger humor through a calculated strategy of multiple maxim flouting, where the flouting of the Maxim of Manner via acoustic camouflage is systematically paired with the flouting of the Maxim of Quality or the Maxim of Relation. The study concludes that spoken humor operates as a cognitive resolution process where structural acoustic illusion and narrative incongruity mutually reinforce each other. However, limitations include the restriction to segmental sound manipulation (excluding suprasegmental features) and the reliance on interpretative qualitative pragmatic methodology.
Moh.
